good location laundry room unhelpful staff long wait times

i found the location was good. it was easy get to nearby train stations. the hotel also has public bath and laundry room facility, which i used.

the staff were unhelpful. i don't think i have ever been to a hotel and dreaded interacting with staff before. the elevators also had long wait times. the card system for the elevator was also very annoying.

accessible train comfortable bed nice view

the train station is very accessible from this location. i found the bed comfortable . a spa was included, which i used daily. the city view from my upper floor room was nice.

the pillows were somewhat uncomfortable.

Fantastic Stay!

smoking room convenience store good onsen convenient space

The room was cleaned daily. I liked that touch. I was very happy to find a smoking room. a convenience store on the same floor, very useful! The onsen was so good after those long hot days exploring the city, a welcome bonus for me. Having a space to eat and drink anytime, day or night, added to the convenience.

The pillows were not very comfortable. They felt too firm. I wish there was an iron available. I needed to iron a dress for a dinner.

The location is superb. It is close to two different train stations. This made it easy to explore different parts of the area! Being near the stations saved a lot of travel time, a great benefit.

quiet location healthy food clean room

i stayed for several nights and found the location very convenient. the breakfast had varied and healthy options. my room was clean and quiet. it was minutes away from sumida river and subway lines.

the thermostat in the room didn't seem to change the temperature. i only had the choice between central heating and ac or nothing.

convenient location excellent cleanliness helpful staff

I found the hotel's proximity to the train station convenient (just a short walk!). The cleanliness throughout the hotel was quite excellent. The staff members were very helpful and cute, they addressed all my queries efficiently. I also appreciated the on-site convenience store. It made grabbing snacks easy.

The elevators could be quite slow during peak hours.

Efficient Stay Near Ryogoku Station

on-site store friendly staff streaming option

The on-site convenience store on the second floor was quite handy. The staff were helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated. The breakfast had many options. I enjoyed the screen mirroring option on the TV, it allowed streaming shows easily.

The elevator wait times were sometimes quite long, I found. There seemed to be not enough elevators for the large number of guests, unfortunately. It could be better if there was easier access to the staircase.

Convenient Stay Near Ryogoku Station

great location food option useful store

The location was great with a quick walk to Ryogoku station. I found good food options within walking distance too! The hotel provided tons of amenities and toiletries. The convenience store inside the hotel was very useful.

Unfortunately the sky room view I had was not facing towards the river and skytree as expected. The lift situation was POOR. It often took several minutes to get a lift to the required floor.
